RA FITNESS - POLICIES GOVERNING RA FITNESS
This Refund/Cancellation Policy outlines the terms of your membership with RAM ALBERT FITNESS INCORPORATED, doing business as RA FITNESS (“RA FITNESS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By proceeding digitally, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy and confirm that this shall serve as your legally binding electronic agreement, in accordance with the E-Commerce Act of the Philippines (RA 8792).
Membership fees are strictly non-refundable. A ₱5,000 cancellation fee applies to the early termination of any active contract plus the current billing duration. If the contract is breached or the terms are not fulfilled, the member will be required to pay the cancellation fee.
Privacy & Data Use: Your personal information will be used solely for membership, gym management, and marketing communications from RA FITNESS. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
You fully understand the contents of this agreement.
You agree to all terms voluntarily and without coercion.
You authorize RA FITNESS to store this record as your signed agreement.

This PT Appointment Cancellation Policy outlines the terms of your membership with RAM ALBERT FITNESS INCORPORATED, doing business as RA FITNESS (“RA FITNESS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By proceeding digitally, you agree to be bound by this PT Appointment Cancellation Policy and confirm that this shall serve as your legally binding electronic agreement, in accordance with the E-Commerce Act of the Philippines (RA 8792).
Appointment cancellation of your slot/attendance must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment with your personal trainer/coach. The request must be done via your own account via the official website www.rafitness.net or via the mobile app.
In the event of non-compliance with the 24-hour requirement, you forfeit this slot and you will not be refunded.

By enrolling in Personal Training services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Important Notice
All sessions must be used within the assigned validity period.
Any unused sessions after the validity period are automatically forfeited.
Extensions may only be granted with formal management approval and valid documentation (e.g., medical certificate or emergency proof).
2. Session Scheduling & Attendance Policy
All session bookings must be made directly through the gym's official mobile app. Bookings made outside the app will not be recognized.
The Client is responsible for managing their bookings through the app. Technical issues, forgotten bookings, or user errors do not excuse missed sessions.
Sessions are assigned to a Personal Trainer (PT) upon booking. The Client and PT are encouraged to agree on a consistent weekly schedule whenever possible.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made by the Client less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be counted as a used/forfeited session.
If the PT cancels or fails to attend, the session will NOT be counted as used and will be rescheduled without penalty to the Client.
Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Walk-in or verbal bookings are not allowed.
3. Session Validity Terms To ensure effective training and client progress:
All sessions must be completed within the validity period of the package.
Extensions require management approval and supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate).
Non-medical reasons such as travel or busy schedules do not automatically qualify for extensions.
4. Trainer Responsibilities The Personal Trainer agrees to:
Provide safe and effective training programs.
Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique.
Track client progress and attendance.
Arrive on time and prepared for each session.
Notify the Client in advance when rescheduling is necessary.
5. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:
Follow all instructions and safety guidelines.
Disclose any pain, discomfort, injuries, or medical conditions.
Wear proper workout attire.
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
Follow gym rules and proper etiquette at all times.
6. Health & Medical Disclosure The Client confirms and affirms that:
They are physically capable and fit to participate in strenuous physical activity and have consulted with their Physician regarding Physical Training.
They are medically cleared and have disclosed any underlying medical conditions, past injuries, or medication usage that may affect their ability to exercise safely.
Any changes in health status will be communicated to the PT immediately.
They understand that RA FITNESS is not liable for any injuries resulting from the improper use of gym equipment, failure to re-rack weights, or non-compliance with staff instructions.
7. Training Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. The gym and Personal Trainer do not guarantee specific fitness, weight loss, or body composition outcomes.
Progress depends on the Client's effort, consistency, nutrition, and lifestyle.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
Sessions are non-transferable to another person.
Refunds apply only if the gym permanently cancels the Personal Training program.
Package upgrades are not allowed once the first session has started.
9. Expiration & Forfeiture
Unused sessions beyond the validity period are automatically forfeited.
Expired sessions cannot be refunded.
Sessions cannot be carried over or moved to a new package once expired.
10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
The gym reserves the right to refuse or terminate Personal Training services without refund due to violations of gym rules, misconduct, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with policies.
11. Liability Waiver
The client voluntarily participates in physical training and assumes all risks associated with exercises.
The gym, trainers, and staff shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications unless caused by gross negligence.
12. Privacy, Data Use, Biometrics, and Media Content RA Fitness abides by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Your personal information will be used solely for membership, gym management, and marketing communications from RA FITNESS. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent. FURTHERMORE, YOU EXPLICITLY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, CAPTURE, AND STORAGE OF YOUR FACIAL RECOGNITION AND/OR BIOMETRIC DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF GYM ACCESS, SECURITY, AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU CONSENT TO BEING PHOTOGRAPHED OR RECORDED WHILE INSIDE RA FITNESS PREMISES. You allow RA FITNESS to use these photos/videos for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes including, but not limited to, social media, website content, print materials, and in-gym displays. All media content captured within the facility is considered the property of RA FITNESS and may be edited, published, and distributed at the sole discretion of management. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials wherein your likeness appears. You agree that no compensation or royalties will be given for the use of said media content, now or in the future. However, if you wish to opt out of photo/video inclusion, please notify the front desk or email us via owner@rafitness.net. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request and to avoid publishing media that may cause undue embarrassment or breach personal privacy.
13. Payment Processing via Xendit / Terminal YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS, AS WELL AS RECURRING AUTO-DEBIT TRANSACTIONS, WILL BE SECURELY PROCESSED THROUGH XENDIT PHILIPPINES / TERMINAL, A BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS (BSP) REGISTERED ENTITY. BY USING THESE PAYMENT METHODS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE PAYMENT PROCESSORS.
14. Authorized Changes and Payment RA FITNESS WILL NOT HONOR ANY VERBAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN A MEMBER AND STAFF OR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ONLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WRITTEN ON THIS AGREEMENT WILL APPLY. CLIENTS SHALL PAY VIA OFFICIAL PAYMENT CHANNELS:
